Drain Cleaning

Main Sewer Drain - 90 day guarantee against TREE ROOTS ONLY. What does this mean?? If Poor John's augers your main drain and we pull out tree roots and it backs up again within 90 days we will come out and auger the line again. If all we pull back is tree roots the auger is at NO CHARGE. If we pull back anything other than tree roots normal prices will apply.

Branch Lines (Sinks, tub/shower, floor drains) - NO GUARANTEE, as we can not verify the integrity of the pipe.

Plumbing

1 year guarantee against leaks on anything we install. NOTE: Poor John's does not guarantee fixtures. Please refer to the manufacturer’s warranty.
